Compositional Trick #3 - Macro

Macro is the flower symbol on your camera. Its allows you to take pictures of small objects. Depth of field is when your emphasis is in focus and your background is blured out. Macro is an excellent compositional trick because the photographer gets to take photos of things that others might not even notice. My favorite macro picture is my eye, because many people don't get a chance to see the beauty in side the eye. The color, texture and the small veins. The second picture is from a beautiful rock right next to a river in Payson. I really like this because u can clearly see the unique colors and textures in the rock. The really cool algy in the rock gives more to the picture.
